We have just returned from Appuldurcombe Gardens after camping for a week. The location of Appuldurcombe holiday cottages is lovely and the exterior of the farmhouse annexe looked very promising but internally it had several problems. It was dated and basic but we didn't mind that, it was more the damp patches on the walls and ceilings, the small of mildew in the kitchen and the visiting slug that were a problem!... more
