its not very big inside it didnt take us long to go round. but you do see the actual Roman floors of a house they found and there is some interactive things for the kids to do so could be useful if its raining and you pay for entry More

Very different from the mahogany and glass cases of my childhood. The museum contains many fascinating Roman artifacts found in Canterbury, especially the large preserved section of mosaic floor from a Roman town house that was originally uncovered on the site after World War II bombings. it was Ok but a little disapointing with the number of relics they have, only took about 1/2 hour to get round the lot & that was with reading all the plaques most interesting part was the uncovered floor. More

The roman baths were excellent the under floor heating and the mosaic tiles were beautiful how amazing a find that was and to be able to see it now . You could really imagine how it would have looked in Roman times amazing More
