Loved the Great Wall and the cafes lining the sea front but was shocked by the litter which was not only behind the Royal Victoria Pavilion spoiling the fabulous and famous sands More

nice beach to wander along or to sit there for a few hours looking out to sea. Guess would be popular with families in the height of summer if good weather. More

Sandy beaches are not my thing now, but Ramsgate is good. Ramsgate has had some tough times but deserves better, go to see other parts of the front and harbour, not pretty but quite spectacular. More
