We travelled to Hull from Bridlington for no other reason than visit Dinostar with our young son. The brochure clearly states the opening time as 11.a.m. We arrived for 11.a.m and waited and waited for it to open, we eventually gave up, had lunch in the city centre and travelled back home A COMPLETE AND UTTER WASTE OF OUR TIME... more
Had a day out in Hull recently and as my son is really into dinosaurs we decided to visit Dinostar. I cannot believe what a sad excuse for an attraction this place is. The entrance fee is high and the place is very run down (a small old warehouse) - the place was freezing anf the exhibits are a joke.... more
i went to the dinostar exhibition/shop? I went with my 7 year old and myself(33) and we went round the museum quarter of hull first and found some dinostar adverts. the price seemed good so off we went. the place is situated on a VERY busy road near a MAIN road into and out of Hull. the price is £2.50... more
I am sorry to hear TREEFINGERS had a disappointing visit to Dinostar and I would like to address the criticisms levelled at our museum. We are located close to the main A63 trunk road in the centre of Hull which makes it easy for visitors to find us. Work has begun on making the road easier to cross for pedestrians...
