Last week took wife and 5 kids to what must be the only museum not to offer family tickets. The museums seems to be still in the build up phase (July 09) which does not prevent them to charg GBP 5 per person, also for children. The exhibition mostly shows a few vehicles and thats basically it. Certainly not worth the money. more

They do have a large collection unique in its kind but: -I for one did not find the staff friendly or helpful: all we got was: £5, "there's your tickets", "don't take photos", "bye"... -Beware that the cars do go to other exhibitions regularly, so you may be disappointed in finding out some of the cars you wanted to see... more

I had a brilliant time at the Museum. Well worth the entry fee. The staff were friendly and made our visit really special. They let me live out one of my dreams. We really really enjoyed ourselves and it was my third visit. Would recommend it to anyone. more

I found this museum absolutely amazing. I have never heard about this museum until we got to Keswick for our Easter Holiday. So when we discovered it there we didn't know what to expect when we went in. Found an advert for this place in our holiday home, and thought Yes! this would be great for a wee day out. Traveled 40mins to get there, remembering the camera too.... hmm a little small i though on entering. paid the £5 each to the man, who didnt utter anything more than the price and was shown the way in.... more

Totally agree with earlier review this is just an extension of the owners ego. He also has to be one of the most unfriendly hosts we have encountered, even after parting with £50 to get ten of us in he didnt give us a smile. £5 per adult is also a bit of a rip off as it works out... more
