Very disappointing attraction that would be best avoided, watching the donkeys on the beach would be more exciting. There was a £1 levy per person put on the chamber of horrors live for the 2 week half term only. According to their website on Friday 23rd October the chamber of horrors is included in the admission price. Yet another rip... more

In 60+ years I had never been to the waxworks in Blackpool and I do not intend to waste my money going there again. The only effigy that looked like the real person, was: Gordon Ramsey, all the others were a much younger version than what they should have looked like. In all my years of watching Coronation Street I... more

Haven't been to Madame Toussauds, so cannot compare.... but I was pleasantly surprised by how many exhibits there were in Louis tussauds in Blackpool... the place was massive inside and kept us busy for an hour... the kids (5 & 8) enjoyed posing with the waxworks. Must agree with other reviewers though that the waxworks dont actually look much like... more

I have never seen anything so spectacular...ly awful. Not one of these grim effigies looked in the slightest like the celebrities they purported to portray. The museum comprises seemingly endless incarnations of minor-celebrities plucked from Britain's premier dull soap operas. I found myself gazing in horror at the glassy, dead eyes of Rodney Trotter and the shiny, stroke-afflicted face of... more

While visiting Blackpool this is a must, okay so maybe the waxworks are not perfect but it is a great way to spend 3 hrs! Me and my 9 friends came to Louis Tussauds and everybody thought it was great! Be warned that if you have small children the chamber of horrors may be too scary for them. The small... more

This was a very enjoyable attraction although my children would of preferred a warning about the scary parts..although they did not brave the chamber of horrors...also we do not like being pushed into photo opportunities with The King Kong exhibit...otherwise this was a great attraction for us all . more

This is a good place to visit if you are in the Blackpool area. It has many recognizable waxworks to look at and take photos with. There are different sets to observe, these are: Coronation Street, Hollywood, Celebrity City, Movie Premiere, Rock Factory, Studio, Regal Room, Seaside and Horrors. These may change depending on what time of year you go,... more

I was in Blackpool for a few days and decided to visit here with my mum and sister. I thought it was quite good. Probably the best waxwork is of the late Queen Mother, it is a very true likeness of her. It was great to feel like I was standing on stage next to Robbie Williams. I was even... more

Reasonably priced but a bit cheesy and some of the wax works are a bit old (need updating) Worth the money though although the chamber of horrors scares me to death at the end! Is worth a look! Need about 2hours to look around properly! more
