I was fortunate enough to get in for free. The space centre is an expensive attraction, I think approx £12 for an adult so do try and find some way of getting money off (e.g. using supermarket vouchers) as otherwise I think you could be disappointed. It's probably aimed mainly at older kids and adults, I wouldn't take any kids... more

Took my 5 year old to the Space Centre thinking he would like the rockets, but I found there were precious few interactive displays to keep him interested. The planetarium show was interesting for the grown ups but just too much for the youngsters, and I think generally the centre highlighted how little the UK has had to do with... more

only £38 for a family of 4. Great value for money, and if you keep your tickets you can go again free for 12 months. We all enjoyed but the 2 kids shot off and we just tried to keep pace. Dont miss the planeterium. If you like space even faintly then go here. Only disapointment was the cafeteria... poor. more

We spent an afternoon at the National Space Centre and really enjoyed it. My kids are 5 and 10 years old and for them it was ideal. The film at the cinema was very well done and lasted appr. 30 minutes. Me and my husband also enjoyed a talk about the latest Mars expedition (appr. 15 minutes). The exhibits are... more

Quite expensive to get in so I expected a days worth of attraction. However the exhibits seem aimed at infant/junior school age and held no interest to my 12 and 14 year olds. There is a film in a cinema where the sky is the screen which was good however £38 (for the family) for admission to the centre made... more
