Nice to see the men all standing on the beach - especially when the tide comes in. If you take a right turn and walk beside the Coastguard Station you can walk up the coast to Hightown and then Formby. Went on a blustry bank hol monday the tide was out and the figures were just there..looking out to see..life size and there is 100 of them...be careful and read the quidelines of not going out to visit the one that is ways out because of the quick sand and cross currents of the water but closer to shore there...
