Going on the Beatles Tour with Jackie was absolutely perfect! She took us to see so many great Beatles sites, like all of the houses they grew up in, where they met, Penny Lane, Strawberry Fields, and much more. But the best part was the stories Jackie told as we went along. She knows her Beatles and for my husband, a true Beatles aficionado, Jackie even surprised him with Beatles insights. Highly recommend Jackie!

Our tour was wonderful. I booked 8 tours on our trip, all with wonderful guides. But Jackie was our absolute favorite. Our Liverpool experience with Jackie was nothing short of sensational. She is extremely knowledgeable about all things "Beatles". We visited all of the sites we had hoped to see. Jackie was engaging throughout the entire day and tailored our tour so that we fit in everything we wanted. She is so warm and endearing that we felt like we knew her forever. If you're planning a stop in Liverpool, this is the person to book. I doubt there is anyone else that can top this tour. If we could give her 10 stars, we certainly would. Our group of five girlfriends HIGHLY recommend this Beatles tour. Be sure to get your "Ticket to Ride" with Jackie.

Look no further. This is the tour that you want. My two friends and I had been thinking about this trip for nearly 50 years and wanted to do it right. We took Jackie's "Every Little Thing" tour which is two days in a chauffeured Mercedes van. We saw all of the things that you've heard about and so much more. The tour was so far above what we had hoped for. It was "such a joy." (Get it? Jackie usually drops Beatle lyrics into her notes so I though I should follow her lead.) Jackie is a completely delightful person and made the entire event such a pleasure. She talks about "Liverpool Magic" and we experienced some of it, but that's for us to treasure, you'll need to experience it on your own. Roll up now, she's in high demand. A splendid time is guaranteed for all. John

We were in a cruise and booked Jackie for a private Liverpool experience. We had such a good time and her tour was the absolute highlight of our British vacation. Fab and gear and all of those pimply hyperboles. Jackie is the best.

If you're looking for the BEST Beatles guide, look no further than Jackie Spencer. Jackie is WONDERFUL. We (party of 6) did a 2 day tour and Jackie filled it with amazing locations and stories. Some of what we saw included John's birthplace, Ringo's homes during his early childhood, of course we visited Penny Lane and Strawberry Field, Elenor Rigby's gravesite. And we met and spent a couple of hours with Colin Hanton, the drummer for the QuarryMen. Colin was great and he had a lot of stories to share. That was a busy day 1.
On day 2 we went to the Casbah Coffee Club, where the Beatles first performed as a group. Read the information on Wikipedia on the CCC and its owner Mona Best (Pete’s Mom). She was a dynamo. We also had the chance to meet Freda Kelly, the Beatles secretary. She shared some wonderful stories about her time with the Beatles, without giving up any secrets. Check out her documentary, Good Ol’ Freda. The tour ended at the homes where John and Paul met and spent their teenage years together. We finished up by meeting Jackie at the Philharmonic for a Guinness and to rehash our tour.
Jackie never missed a beat. She was always providing us information on every aspect of the Beatles lives. You really couldn’t ask for a nicer person to spend a couple of days with and talk about everything Beatles.
As you can tell we really enjoyed our time with Jackie. When we get back to Liverpool, we’ll definitely book another tour with her. She has a variety of tours ready to go.
Thank you Jackie for a WONDERFUL 2 days.

The best decision I have ever made was booking a Beatles Liverpool tour with Jackie. She is a Liverpool native, knows the area and knows the history of the "lads" exceptionally well. that's all good; but, she is as delightful a person as I have ever met. Smart, funny, kind...I could go on and on. She was simply a joy to spend several hours with. We laughed a lot, cried a little and I learned so much about the Beatles and their lives in Liverpool. Jackie, if you read this...I hope to see you again someday!

Way back in February or March 2005, I was searching on Ticketmaster to find something in the state of Florida that might interest me to attend. Inadvertently I must’ve clicked on Ticketmaster UK because all of a sudden appeared the opportunity to attend the Abbey Road Film Festival taking place late March early April of that year. I couldn’t believe my eyes, but I started to investigate, and I found out that there were some very reasonably priced admission tickets to attend a day of a two week film festival, inside that iconic building! The studio was showcasing soundtracks that were recorded in these infamous studios. One film on the list of course was A Hard Days Night. I immediately contacted my brother as well as my best friend who would also have been very interested in doing something like this. They were both on board with taking the step forward. I found airfare and hotel accommodations for a very quick trip to London from the US and booked the trip. Upon deciding to go to London for 4 to 5 days we then realized that we must include Liverpool. A little bit of searching and a day trip as it would be. Now, back in 2005 we were limited to some searches online however, I did stumble upon a guide named Jackie Spencer, who was offering tours in Liverpool. My brother and I booked with her and wow! Did we get lucky! We were taken on a FABulous tour by Jackie and fit so much into our time with her! She also gave us great advice on how to manage on our own for our visits to the two National Trust Homes. Jackie directed us to the special 86 bus when done with 20 Forthlin Road, and we ended up having time to drink a pint in The Cavern. Without her guidance we could not have covered so many significant places in that one day!
My friend, Donna, who had gone to Abbey Road Studios with me, was not able to come along to Liverpool, so a few years later she also connected with Jackie several more times and had wonderful experiences as well.
Last month, Donna and I, along with our husbands named John and Paul (yep!), and one other couple of dear friends were able to book with Jackie again. We spent two amazing days with her, visiting every site imaginable. We got to have a meet and greet with the original Quarry Man drummer, Colin Hanton. He was able to gain access for all of us to the church hall where John and Paul met back in 1957 and even joined us for tea at Strawberry Field. Colin told stories of the early days when he played in the band and was most generous with his time and entertaining talks. Jackie was instrumental in arranging our meet and greet with Colin. She also knows Freda Kelly very well, and we were able to have tea with Freda at the Hard Days Night Hotel. Freda is a lovely woman, and like Colin, has some great stories to share of her time with The Beatles. She made us feel as if we were visiting with family. We were also able to visit The Casbah Club, where we met Roag Best and his son Roag, Jr for a wonderful time inside that musically historical building. We would not have been able to meet Colin or Freda or Roag and his son, if not for Jackie.
By the time our two days with Jackie were complete, we felt like old friends. It truly was a magical and surreal time! If you’re able to go to Liverpool and have a desire to take in all things Beatle, please consider booking with Jackie Spencer. It doesn’t get any better than her. We will do this again someday!

She was knowledgeable beyond belief, and so fun to be with. I can’t recommend her services highly enough. Do yourself a favor and go with the best tour guide Liverpool has to offer for beetle fans!

If you're planning your big trip to the Beatles' Liverpool, there's no one better to guide you than Jackie Spencer. My wife and I did her seven-hour tour and had a blast! First off, Jackie is an EXPERT on the Beatles. She's able to take you on a deep dive into the lives of the Boys and their families and she has personal friendships with many of the people who were there when it happened! It's easy to see Jackie is a true Beatle fan, herself. Best of all, she's a very nice person who's a pleasure to be around. Jackie and her driver Paul gave us a once-in-a-lifetime experience that we will treasure always! ❤️
