After a long day in london we decided to finish off with this. It's okay... Quite a good selection of games, mix of ticket collecting machines and then simulator/shooters/original arcade games(street fighter, house of the dead etc) but you soon enough find yourself retracing your steps and using the same machines and as we spent a lot on the day... Just came back from trying to redeem a Groupon deal. The staff were so rude and unprofessional. They said 'they'd run out of tokens so couldn't honor the offer' but quite clearly they just didnt want anyone there that wasnt using cash to put in the machines. A group of men/thuggery staff tried to intemidate us into not complaining. One... More

We had a real good time, lots of choices in the arcade, bumper cars were great fun and bowling was great - no problems at all with any equipment used. Good location as can just pop in after a relaxing London eye and aquarium visit for more activities. As for value for money, I had a groupon which made it... More

Having gone on a work bowling trip to Namco station, the bar area was nice enough, what you'd expect. The bowling alleys were quite cramped, but the worst bit was that the machinery just did not work. There were pins missing as they were laid down, the scores were all wrong and wouldn't register if you'd got a strike (would... More

We've been staying in London over the summer - the kids love it. We were staying at the Premier Inn County Hall and I went to namco station a few times over the past couple of weeks. Its a nice place with huge potential but its far from perfect. We went there on a Friday afternoon and spent much of... More

Went to a work Christmas party - free food, free drinks, free games and I still feel like I'm down on the deal! Told it closes at midnight - started getting hassle from 11:30 onwards. Food was ok, bar staff were ok - but the security and management (customer service staff!) lacked any sort of people skills. More

Entertainment centre based on 3 levels. Techno-bowling with 12 lanes, ultra-violet lighting, bumper cars with the latest 'drift' system to increase speed and performance, American pool hall - full size tables, over 200 video games from jet skiing to truck racing. Fully licensed bar and dance floor, DJs at the weekends, happy hour and promotion nights. Good for a break... More
