With so much history and amazing sights to see in London, you would not think that you would want to go to Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum. However, we found it to be a fun and goofy experience. The museum is full of wax images of hollywood stars, sport stars, political figures, royalty, musicians, and UK stars. The difference between this... more

Odum family of four, I went to the wax museum with my Ford family back in 1999. There are four of us and we live in America. We saw the Princess Diana wax portruet from the Spencer Family and it was well done. She was a great women and a wonderful humanitarian. Was she in the movie Queen done by... more

Thought that it was a very good attraction. The main problem was the amount of people there - but of course - that was not their fault. If you are thinking of going I would suggest that you try and go off peak as it would be a lot more enjoyable. The taxi ride near the end was a nice... more

Visited October half term .In previous reviews visiting in afternoon was recommended to beat queues.Arrived at 2pm and queued for 2 hours before reaching paypoint. £25 each and no concessions.Waxworks fabulous especially WILL SMITH,LEWIS HAMILTON,CHRISTINA AGUILERA AND STEPHEN HAWKINS.The Scream experience is brilliant/scary/funny but not for the timid or anyone with heart problems!!! A few benches to rest would have... more

"I went to Madame Tussaud's" is another way of saying "I was suckered into wasting one of my precious days in London." Valuable perhaps as kitsch or for ironic value, if you can afford $100 worth of irony. Madame Tussaud's actually has a very interesting history, but it's buried beneath several reeking tons of Michael Jackson and Britney Spears memorabilia.... more

Dont listen to all the bad reviews on here!! We Loved it!! Firstly, we used 2 for 1 vouchers which are everywhere at the moment, so it cost us £12.50 each which is a bargain! We started to queue, which was apparently 1 hour 30 ( not bad for a peak weekend time!) but in fact we were only queing... more

I've wanted to go to Madame Tussauds since I was young, and when I found out I was going to be near London, I jumped at the chance to go. I pre-booked two combined London Eye/Madame Tussauds tickets for my husband and I. We made sure that we were there early (about 9:30am) as I'd read alot online about it... more

Went in on Sun 23 Aug in the afternoon. Qued at door number 1 (for the regular visitors) for app. 15 minutes. The wax figures are placed by themes in various rooms, and you can touch them and take pictures (or in some cases have one taken) of you with your favourite celeb. Most of the visitors did just that,... more

I’m a Londoner and have been to Tussauds probably 3 times in my life. I have to say that things have changed there a lot since my last visit. We had pre-booked online but on arrival the staff outside weren’t sure what entrance we were supposed to use. Strange, since most people seemed to have pre-booked. Fortunately, we plumped for... more
