This pub is just down from the Millennium Footbridge on the southside of the river (near the Tate Modern and Globe Theatre). The pubs on the other side are really awful and have virtually no views

We had tickets to a matinee performance at the new Globe Theatre (highly recommended) and went looking for somewhere nearby for a quick lunch. My husband spotted Founder's Arms right on the water...what a find!
