I see that this is filed under "nightlife" and while I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for a raging night out, I definitely enjoyed stopping at this pub after a visit to the British Museum. Nice atmosphere, decent wine for my girlfriend and London's typical wide selection of beer for myself, charming old building, overall a nice location. More

This place is listed in many tour books because it's original and located right across the British Museum. This does not make it a good recommendation based on these facts only, however.
