There is nothing particular about Paddington that you would recommend to anyone. Apart from Alfies Antique Market, you have to pass all of the rough estates to get there and Seashells fish and chips is a Whitbread owned establishment living of the reputation it had when privately owned. More

this is a good location if you want a weekend in london for cheaper. the tube ride is about 20 mins to centre of london but hotels etc are much cheaper! More

ladies toilets are located down several stairs not easier if travelling with luggage and young children and impossible if travelling wih both. More

Most of us travel through railway stations not out of choice but because, quite obviously, thats where the train stops! Paddington, in spite of ongoing refurbishment, is certainly one of the least inspiring architecturally, at least from the outside. Just not an area of London that has anything special. The train stops here from the West Country and Heathrow but beyond that it is just a cheapish place for tourists. More

I made the mistake of trying out the new Pasty Shop in Paddington Station ,my choice was chicken mushroom and rosemary.It was vile the pastry was best described as low budget and the filling was tasteless mush .It was an experience not to be repeated.In future I will stick with a Quality product from West Cornwall Pasty Co.and its 10p...
