I love this place, probably one of the best shops in London. They have a coffee shop and toilet inside the shop so you don't really have to leave to relax. The store is huge so I probably spent about 10 hours in there one day. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, although the loud music gives me a headache. More

Don't visit the ladies loo! I was disgusted by the toilets, the whole place smelt of fish and when I closed the cubicle door there was dried blood all up the back of it!!
