Everithing here is as should be. If you are a tourist in London, this is not to be missed. For me apart from the natural history museum by far the most enjoyable London experience. You can enjoy real market (traders from all over but doing their own - modern things) at as reasonable as prices in London get. With food... More

The market in Greenwich is great fun for people of all ages. The handmade products are beautiful and there is a wide selection from clothes and bags to artwork, photography and jewelry. There is a daily food market incorporated into it that changes regularly and offers some of the best ethnic food around. The sushi and dim sum are our... More

let me say hat i was very impressed with this medium to small market. its food stalls were excellent value with a wide range of cultures available. The handicraft good were well made and even the factry produced good were good value. Surrounded by permant buildings converted into tea rooms and galleries, the Greenwich Market is open several times a... More

We hit nearly every market when we visited London. Greenwich is nothing special, perhaps a bit more sandwiched in than others. Expect to find pretty much the same old vendors--a lot of Indian clothing, sterling jewelry that tarnishes easily, kids baubles, and whatever happens to be the latest trend. It's fun, of course, but be prepared to be shuffled along... More

It's just average, nothing too special. I went there because I was already in Greenwich seeing the National Maritime Museum, otherwise would not go there. More

I regularly go to Greenwich craft market either on my own or with friends. If I am stuck for an original present this is the place at the weekend. Lots of craft stall selling bags, hats, jewellery, pictures, original clothes and much more. There are also lots of one off shops around the market so if you get tired of... More

Everytime we visit London we want to find a market that sells crafts, unusual handmade goods, artwork etc. Having been disappointed on my last couple of visits (camden and portobello) I was told that Greenwich was the one to visit. Sadly we were disappointed again. From the website it looks like it has lots to offer. In reality its a... More

The market is worth a walk through if one is in Greenwich already, but I don't really like it much. Mostly it sells rather expensive things that nobody really needs. There's some quirky jewellery, clothes, bags, wallets, etc, mostly handmade stuff, quite a few people selling reasonably nice paintings, photographs, and so on. I guess it's all a bit too... More

We popped into the market on a recent visit to Greenwich and found it to have a lot of interesting and colourful stalls. They had a variety of good on sale from artwork, furniture, jewellery, clothing etc. The food stands all looked delicious and there was a vast choice of japanese, italian, ethiopian, french foods together with breads and sweets.... One of our favorite places to spend a day in London. Cool market (albeit a little small) selling lots of interesting and original nic naks, plus some quality food stalls and restaurants nearby. Also some really good pubs (Pelton arms is the best), a fantastic picture house and that's without mentioning the beautiful park and wonderful history the local area... More
