Never fails to provide an excellent setting for an evenings entertainment. The Coda restaurant is a great option for some pre-theatre fine dining (be sure to make a reservation). more
Recently refurbished, as in other reviews we found the whole operation at the Elgar Restaurant flying by the seat of its pants to get everyone served in time, and so not a relaxing pre concert supper. As for the disgusting food healthy eating it was not - fish and chips, sausages and mash, beefburger and chips and not much else... more
My wife and I took the guided tour of the building on a Sunday morning and for me at least it was a dream come true. The wonderful guide could not have been nicer. She gave a great history of the hall and we were showed into the Queen's box and waiting room. Pictures of the hall don't do it... more
Went to the Royal Albert Hall for the BBC Proms. A great location in London. The building is beautiful. The concert was truly amazing, it was a full house. Bar service is appalling so is the food. more
The Albert hall is a wonderful location to visit, and a brilliant place to watch singers as it is such an intimate setting. We saw Leonard Cohen there and it was wonderful place to see him. We have been going to the Royal Albert Hall for Classical Spectacular for the last five years. It is held twice a year around February and November.
