Well worth a visit! We visited on a quiet sunday which meant we could wander round the beautiful art works at leisure. Lovely, relaxing place and friendly staff. Admission free! What more could you ask for?

This gallery is off the art trail, so to speak and, as a result, it's generally uncrowded. Nice collection of Pre-Raphaelites and paintings of London. It won't take you all day to make it around, either.

They are stunningly displayed, with plenty of room to stand back and admire. Underdround there is also the Roman amphitheatre, or remains of it. Just staggering! What is odd, is that there are so few tourists...

It is run by the city of London, has some huge oil paintings of historic battle scenes, old London, as well as great scenic...
