This is a great little museum situated near St James Park between Westminister Abbey and Buckingham Palace. £5 to get (£2.50 for OAP,Children) may seem expensive but some of exhibits in this small museum are brillliant, don't miss the introduction video just as you go in . An interesting collection of material showing the history of these units. I wish there had been a book of the collection to take with me as no photography is permitted, and I would have like to have had some method of showing what I saw to my sons when I returned home. More

The museum is small, only about a half dozen artifact filled rooms but it is well worth the admission price. There are steps at the entry and I did not see any toilets, so considered yourself warned. The toy soldier shop is very near by. This is a fine place to bring your children. More
