Just finished the Jack tour of east London with a man dressed in a cape and a top hat! Whilst other tours may be bigger ( saw at least 3 tours of over 50 people) this one had 8 people and was intimate. The guide new his stuff and was thoroughly entertaining! This is the one in my opinion.
