This is a beautiful bar where there is always a pleasant mix of tourists, Londoners meeting for a night out and a few residents. The champagne list is excellent and there are some reasonably priced numbers on there, service is efficient, friendly and not remotely snooty. Great for a girly post-shopping refresher or for a romantic date for two More

comfortable bar with a good atmosphere. Service was a bit patchy and the bar food - tempura prawns and chicken drummers was a little to fatty for my taste. More

I regularly visit Claridges bar with my girlfriends. This is the place we meet to 'put the world to right's'. It is the most amazing place. We nearly always manage to secure a table, which are in cozy nooks, with soft lighting. The bar area itself buzzes with atmosphere, and I have seen some famous faces on occasion. But the... More

I popped into the Hotel, not to stay, but for a drink with a friend who had never been to anything of this magnitude before. We had a drink in the Fumoir Bar, a beautiful, intimate place. Charlie, the bar man was fantastic, attentive and held conversation to a level of genuine interest, without being intrusive. When asked what we... More

After dining at Gordon Ramsay at Claridge's, we called for a cocktail in the bar. Yes the drinks are expensive and cocktails range from £8 (non alcoholic) to £17 (champagne based) but the experience is well worth it. The cocktails were fabulous and we were given various nibbles (free!) which were good. The guys at the bar were friendly and... More

We popped into the bar prior to our lunch at Gordon Ramsay's restaurant. It is very expensive, which we anticipated. For two drinks each (and no, not champers or anything that fancy!) it was nearly £50. Ouch! That said, it was a lovely experience and some yummy nibbles are put on the table. The guy in the bar, I believe... More

The standards of service at Claridges are exemplary. The cocktails are about £11.50 - but they are perfection. The bathrooms are a wonderful experience in themselves. It's clear that the managers of Claridges are committed to their customers - I'm struggling to think of better service anywhere (El Bulli restaurant and Chicago's Four Seasons hotel aside). There's a lot of... More

Having recently spent a few days in London I visited Claridges Bar located in the hotel of the same name, as befits one of London's grander locations the Bar is stylish with a 1930's Art Deco feel. This is a comfortable Bar where service is polite, efficient and unfussy, the drinks menu covers practically every drink, and if its not... More
