I booked tickets to see Claire Martin, one of many gigs I have been to at Ronnie's in the last couple of years. The decor is lovely and harks back to a different era of quality, cool vibes. The service is very good and staff are friendly and warm - including the doormen! The food is very good quality for... More

Our own fault, we did not book ahead. That is the primary aspect of disappointment. We were allowed upstairs to the Lounge, were a live Cuban ensemble was playing. For us, it was too crowded and loud. A wide mix of ages and personality types that ranged from older couples relaxing on the sofas with a drink to the young,... More

I first found Ronnie Scott's in early 2011 at the personal recommendation of one of the concierge at the Sheraton Park Lane Hotel. It was not on their "official" referral list. He tipped us to not accept a sold out answer from the doorman. Though they had a full house, there are no-shows and they will resell the seats. We... More

We had a great evening at this club. The jazz was great - we saw the house big band with two fantastic women singers. We had dinner and surprisingly the food was good and both food and drinks were well priced. We had slightly obstructed view seats because that is all that was available but we didn't even notice. We... More

Really enjoyed the experience of going to Ronnie Scotts. Loved the venue you know you are somewhere special when you go through the front doors. Its worth paying the extra and booking priority tickets went to see 'Ginger Baker' booked via web site very simple. (tickets £45 or Priority £60) just gave my name at the door and was allocated... Booked a table at Ronnie Scott's for the Pat Martino Trio gig. The staff were very friendly and provided a good level of customer service. The menu was OK and had enough choices for meat eaters but not for vegetarians. The food quality was above average but slightly pricey. I enjoyed the meal. Decent wine list and the wine was... More

Don't miss it if you like jazz. Double bill when we went. Sarah Gillespie was incredible: good musicians, she has an excellent voice + good composer + very politically OK. If you don't know the performer/s, check them out on youtube before booking, as we left when the second bank came on. Just as well Sarah Gillespie was first or... More

I visited Ronnies to see the US sax player Chris Potter playing a late Saturday night session. A very cool gig with Chris playing his own brand of hard driving New York jazz. I found myself on a table within feet of the band with a fantastic view. The sound was excellent and balanced enough so as not to be... More

Ronnie Scott's is the jazz club to go to in London. Not having visited for several years, we were impressed by the efficiency of the booking arrangements and all other aspects of the venue. In the heart of Soho, Ronnie's is somewhere you can visit at pretty much any time of the day as there is Ronnie's Bar upstairs. We... More
