Let me say firstly, I loved the show but for me the whole experience was a painful one. So painful in fact I found it hard to get down the stairs afterwards. The seats are simply far too small, my knees were constantly pressed against the seat in front and any movement was impossible. It was also stuffy and hot,... more

My wife and I saw the Oliver evening performance on 01/10/09. Somehow 'wifey' had managed to acquire tickets for the front row via the internet, which added to a wonderful experience. I am not one for the theatre (rather be at a footie match) but agreed to keep my wife company at Oliver. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole performance and time... more

Yeah, aspects of it are lovely but overall, its disapointing and doesnt live up to all the hype. It felt like a series of musicial numbers strung together without much regard for the plot which at times got lost completely (the enormous Interval jump from 'Oliver being chased by the police' to 'Oliver os a safe Upper Class house' is... more

Had a lot of fun enjoying Oliver! The Musical here. Had great 7th row seats in the stalls. Great view of the entire stage. Counter staff were friendly and very approachable. Easy to find your way around, but the baggage check was a little confusing at first as you have to enter a separate area for ticket holders that we... more

Perhaps the best show that I have ever seen. The acting was wonderful and Rowan Atkinson was delightful as Fagin. My wife and I loved our experience at the theatre. If you contact the theatre in advance, you can actually eat there for dinner. I would recomend this!!! more

Went to the Theatre on Friday evening (March 27th) to see Oliver and it was quite simply fantastic. I have seen a lot of musicals and this is close to the best I have seen. The scenery alone is stunning. Rowan Atkinson is on holiday at the moment - something we found out alone after we had booked the tickets... more

Saw Oliver yesterday (21st March '09) and it was simply fantastic. The cast were brilliant, in particular Rowan Atkinson who was a hilarious Fagin - worth the money alone to see his rendition of 'Reviewing The Situation'. Despite having probably the worst seats in the theatre (Row ZZ in the stalls!) we were blown away by the sheer scale of... more

Absolutely stunning! Rowan Atkinson is a legend! And Jodie Prenger is amazing! A must see performance! However...don't sit at the back of the stalls....you can't see the top of the stage so miss all the action on the bridge. Quite a tricky theatre to find...but lovely once your there! more
