Apart from some minor interest produced from the building itself, this place is dirty, overpriced, ill managed and reminiscent of an eastern European complex you would pay a pound for, not 18! cannot believe the price for facilities offered. This place is a nightmare! Who is in charge? The free trlal day DOES NOT NCLUDE THE SPA, no matter how many tmes you ask if tt's included! The therapist I had was more stressed than me and practically forced me to have a massage I no longer wanted.

I have been to many spas in the UK, Germany and the US. This does not deserve the name. How can you possibly feel clean with cockroaches watching, in the light mind you, while you shower. My first encounter with the critters was by the Finnish sauna hiding between brochures advertising the 'oldest spa in London.' Alive. There's no food...
