Terrible - really really rude staff, expensive for terrible quality of both service and drinks. Unnecessary queue and generally just a terrible experience. London can offer much more. more

If you like cheesy, commercial music and do not want to meet any Londoners during your trip, then Zoo is the place to go. I've been a few times and I have always regretted it.
