We went to see the musical Mamma mia in London and it really lived up to its name. This musical is truly the perfect way to have fun and relax after a hard day. The cast was amazing and they sang really well. Mamma mia has everything a great musical should have: laughter, tears and a happy ending. At the... more

Great Show in a very pretty classic theatre, great songs, great storyline, I am not a musical lover but this would be hard to knock. The show was pure energy, funny, sad, captivating and compelling. The upbeat character was infectious. There were kiddies in the audience who could not have been more that 7 or 8 and one lady celebrating... more

There were 4 of us (2 couples) and both guys actually liked the show. The ABBA music is infectious; we still can't believe we enjoyed the music as much as we did. We sat in the back row of the Stalls section. 37 GBP per seat for the Fri 5 pm show if purchased at the box office a few... more

I think TravelinManChicago and I must have been to a different production from the other reviewers. The singing was bad (although no one has the range Agnetha and Anni-Frid can manage), the story dull with very tenuous links to fit in the songs. My family with 2 teenage girls were unanimous in our dislike of the production and our amazement... more

Mamma Mia is one of the worst shows I have ever seen! Period. And I have seen them all. (Only We Will Rock You is a worse show in London right now.) Mamma Mia is simply a very poor example of the form and the antithesis of what musical theatre is able to achieve when it is in the hands... more

From what you read around it seems that the show's performers are the best in the UK production. Either way,we really liked the show,it was fun and delicate and easy to understand for my gf too wich is not 100% into english language yet. One little complain was the too long break, wich let the tension really go down and when... more

I took my mum to this show and we had a great time. It is so much fun, the songs are great and we were enjoying every minute of it. If you know any of ABBAs songs you will want to dance :))) I will definitely see this show sometimes in the future. more

This was such a spectacular show! We had seen it in Vancouver (the U.S. cast) 2 years ago, and it didn’t compare to the London production. It was amazing! I am not a big fan of musicals, but this was great. ABBA is so classic, there were people from ages 5 to 95, and all were singing and dancing. The... more
