I liked the castle dont get me wrong i just felt we payed nearly 30 pound for 2 of us to walk around the place in like an hour! I thought there would be more!? However I did enjoy seeing all the stuffed animals and looking at all the history galleries! More

At £6.50 each, we found our visit a bit of an expensive disappointment. The castle keep just seemed to be a giant run around playground for the hoards of visiting children. Norwich castle is a real gem for the city of norwich and is Steeped is a thousand years of history. A truely perfect place to visit when coming to the city. More

Interesting lift to castle entrance and spent quite a few hours here (could easily have been a lot longer). Very accessible - coukd see the exhibits from wheelchair apart from dungeon tour and battlements if you can't go down stairs. Museum has castle history and nice natural history section. We found the castle had plenty to do for 1/2 day; but thought the cost was quite high, nearly £7 each until we found out that English Heritage members are 2 for 1. Well worth asking.
