good acoustics. Spacious and nice cafe. We attended the Whitby Gospel weekend and it was a very good place to hold this. Good parking nearby. More

Sadly a miserable place to hold music and festival events in lovely Whitby...but as it is the only one of sufficient size it gets used for Whitby goth Weekend 60's events etc...soulless poor food bar not great ...lovely views and the old theatre has atmosphere and now shows films..if you are here for a festival likely to be a better... More

Went during the scooteriing rally, big hall, with tons of room for tables, seats, hugedancing floor and a massive stage for a live band. More

It's lovely to have the latest movies available in a unique venue. The only downside is the enormous queue fro the box office - go early to avoid this. More

First opened in 1880, Whitby Pavilion is Whitby's largest entertainment venue. Yes its very tired but the cafe has the best views in Whitby, situated on the Cliffside overlooking Whitby Bay. The Pavilion is multi purpose, with a new cinema screen, conference, exhibition, entertainment and banqueting facilities. The Pavilion can be reached on foot from the West Cliff car parking... More
