Beningbrough Hall is a well-preserved country estate that now houses collections from London's National Portrait Gallery. This is a wonderful place to learn about portraiture, as the top floors of the main house feature engaging interactive galleries that help adults and children understand more about the paintings. My family most enjoyed a computer game that let us put our faces... more
