We've been to Eden Camp about 4 times & we enjoy it each time. The whole experience is excellent, very educational, a bit sad in parts, but it makes me realise what people went through during the wars. My particular favourite hut is the one about prisoners-of-war, the crafts they produced from virtually nothing are phenomenal it's very poignant, thinking... More

Having just returned from various museums in Amsterdam (Dutch Resistance Museum, Anne Frank House etc) then coming here, the exhibits are rather out dated and could do with a bit of a shake up, the flow from Hut 1 to Hut 30 doesn't seem to flow correctly in terms of wars and perhaps nobody told them that World War 1... We've visited Eden Camp two or three times - we live too far away to do it often - and have always had a great time . It's an old prisoner of war camp for Italians and all the exhibits are displayed in the 'Nissen huts' which housed the prisoners. It is a truly fascinating day out, as grown ups... More

The place is well worth the visit and compared to many attractions this is very reasonably priced. Very interesting and fills in a few hours. It is well set up and accessible for all. The cafe area is fine and again is reasonably priced. You could easily spend the day at this former POW camp. It has lots to interest... More

This former POW camp is absolutely full of history on the first and second world wars. Each nissan hut has a different displays showing the lead up to each conflict, there's a mock up of a U boat, a street in the Blitz, and loads more. Absolutely fascinating and you can easily spend a whole day there. Very good value... More

We visited this attraction again this month and once again it was absolutely fantastic...even the GIFT shop is competitively priced....and the snack bar...£1 for a mug of tea. It is a collection of big huts that are numbered and you can go at your own speed, it could take you 2 hours at a rush or you literally could spend... More

An inexpensive day out with over 20 huts, gift shop, cafe and toilets. There is so much to see and read about it really is a fantastic step back in time. The staff are extremely friendly and welcome dogs around the area (except in the cafe or gift shop) which is a great idea. There is a play area and... More

What a place! I can't be glowing enough about Eden Camp. The story of WWII is told through various galleries of first-class exhibits. Everything is laid out well and a visit is very highly recommended. All the exhibits do the job well, my children were fascinated by the air raid section. We spent a full day there and were never...
