It was a lot better a few years ago, Now camping pitches have been marked out in straight lines and there is'nt much room per pitch.. prices have rised dramatically. We now go to Grendon Lakes which is lot more accomodating for larger groups. More

This place is terrible. First of all the staff in reception are miserable, the security on the gate are arrogant. The whole camping site is just a load of puddles, and I mean huge puddles, the pitches are not marked very clearly, very few hard standing areas, the whole area stinks from the sewer, the shower blocks are always closed,... been a few times with friends as somewhere fairly close for all of us to camp together and it does hold good car/bike shows which are the ONLY good thing about the place (when it's nice weather that is). but it is overly priced, rides are like a bad fairground, its near the sewage works so absolutely stinks going in/out....
