Good facilities and service. Very close to the hotel we stayed at. Would definately recommend the Premier Inn.

Saw Westlife on 19th May. Generally all good, staff were polite, beer was a bit expensive for Sheffield (£4.00 a pint).
Main complaint is Ladies toilet facilities at major events. Not enough, not good enough this day and age!

Easy to get in and find way around. Reasonably priced food and drinks although didn't have any hot snacks.
We went through blue doors, around the back from Main Carpark, and we had our tickets quickly scanned and in we went.
Seats where high up on the second tier but had a great view down onto the stage so no...

They were drunk and stood up through the entire concert so people behind them could not see the...

Went to see JLS concert, first time in Sheffield as usually go to Manchester Arena. Arena is fine, usual seating layout, and stage view. Were in area 204 at the back but still had decent view.
As with most of these places, queues for toilets & refreshments are always ridiculous.
Also, parking outside is quite chaotic - costs £5. We...
