I felt ill on the day and unable to go. They said they couldn't sell my treatments which was a bit mean especially when there were queues of people outside. They promised to ring me back and didn't. Our first disappointment came when we arrived at 5pm on a saturday night and found we had to queue for approx half an hour to get in despite the fact we'd already paid for the New Royal bath session. A great treat with the Twilight package giving you around 3 hours and includes robe, towel and slippers, and a light meal in the cafe, for £37.50. Visited with my husband on a Monday morning so it wasn't overly busy (thankfully). Had been really looking forward to it, but have to say that for the money we were slightly disappointed.
