Spectacular Gorge owned by the National Trust and Lord Bath. All the attractions are Lord Bath's (one of the richest men in England). I imagined the Cheddar Gorge to be a quaint village in beautiful countryside - wow was I disappointed. The area is fully of overpriced tacky souvenir shops. You can't pay for the attractions separately and the package is rip off. Stay at home and save your money. more
