I absolutely loved my visit to Wells and the wonderful cathedral. The town is very earthy feeling and casual. The only way to reach the town is by bus or car. I really enjoyed my visit to Wells Cathedral. It is not as ornate in comparison to some cathedrals I have seen in France or Austria but its not so OTT decor is magnificant. A grand looking cathedral - very impressive. Look out for the clock inside the cathedral which chimes every 15 minutes - there's a small feature to be seen.
