I visited the Wedgwood visitor centre with the purpose of purchasing some cups and mugs. There was quite alot of choice available, with prices starting from £1 to I don't know what. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Really good day out and children had the opportunity to make a pot with the help of one of the staff.

A great lunch huge selection of hot meals and home made soups all home made cakes and deserts as well well worth a visit good value for money

This really should be a 'must do' for everyone. World class collection in the museum, which is now under threat of dispersal.

museum is £10 per person. Museum is interesting but can be expensive for a visit for a very limited subject.
The visitor centre is so disappointing. The signage is very poor but not as poor as the service. Some of the staff in the visitor centre have very little interest in dealing with the public, have poor customer care skills...

Was quite a while ago (around April 2011) but I had an 'experience voucher' which included access to the museum which was very interesting and staff very friendly. We then had a go at throwing a pot using wedgewood clay. The pot is then finished for you and posted to your home address (very well packaged). Lunch in the restaurant...
