Really enjoyable trip to Orford Ness. Need to book boat to cross short stretch of water and people ahead of us very disgruntled that they had missed their "slot" and could not get on another boat for some time. Quiet and peaceful and the wartime bomb testing areas very interesting. Quite a lot of walking and we loved it. Thoroughly... More

Love this place in fact it is one of the reasons we moved here. A desolate but not overgrown island with a feel of the Avengers about it. Interesting for those into WW" history but also a paradise for wildlife- find it inspiring . Hope to go back many times More
