Historically interesting but when I was last there there were few facilities, and Kenilworth itself has little to offer. By all means visit if you have a few days in the Midlands and have already visited the major attractions. You might enjoy it more if you read up on its history before visiting. More

I was quite lucky to go on a gorgeous sunny day - but the castle grounds are very nicely maintained - they have a beautiful garden and great views from the top of the castle. Also a nice cafe, but overall a very nice day out. Tip: I would highly advise to try and get some of the home made... More

We took a picnic on a sunny day to the castle, the grounds are beautiful and we had a great time exploring the ruins. The only thing I would say is it's quite expensive to go in More

I liked the red Elizabethan bricks. Terrific place to visit over all. There is an Elizabethan garden too...well a mock up of the original. Didn't have time to go inside any of the buildings but fully intend to do that next time I visit the area More

Want a really special carol singing event? Go to Kenilworth Castle's offering organised by the local Lions, I've been frozen to the core and still... More
