Since the Belgrade had an upgrade (it now has a new studio) it seems to be attracting more higher quality shows at the usual reasonable prices. For touring west end shows you still have to visit Birmingham, but there is a wide range of plays and shows available and the studio has a good variety of newer stuff on. more

Belgrade theatre has recently undergone massive refurbishment which has really brought it into the 21 century. It's an amazing building (or at least it will be when the nearby developments have finished and you can see it properly) it has a large and impressive auditorium, which is very comfortable and a nice bar area.
