Expensive crusied there and back, there and back, there and back. Drinks expensive Music couldn't hear. Food Terrible, Cold Pizza , Pork pies. No cutlery Expensive drinks, NO ICE , Drinks run out sp parked up the barge and one of the lads went to the nearest tesco for wine then charged £14.00 per bottle. OVERALL RUBBISH More

I was very dissapointed on a city cruise with the black prince. This was supposed to be a hen night and a 30th celebration combined.. We were promised ballons and celebratery garlands we had left over christmas garland with flashing fairy lights. Food was charged at £6.75 per head and was very poor. Booked barge for a party 50 guests , no banners , balloons as promised . Alot of alcohol not in stock apart from warm wine no ice. Food absolutely disgusting , pizza burnt or undercooked , no cream for apple pie and no forks available. No dance floor as advertised what a waste of £730 spoilt everyones nite!!! More
