Bouncers are a throw back to the old days, all aggression and use intimidation to get their job done. After speaking to management, it was clear staff had little idea about customer service. The Original Oak is a good loking pub in the heart of the very popular village-within-a-city suburb of Headingley. The whole area buzzes with young people, partly becuae of its proximity to the universities and student accommodation, but it also attracts young professionals too.
