Silbury hill is interesting to look at but you can't go up it. Although the day we visited a druid was going up it to meditate and supposedly pray for a good harvest. Apparently some of the locals have special permission to go up it for this reason.

What can i say about such an amazing hill. We went to the long barrow at East Kennet and the view of Silbury Hill was really good as the road was blocked out from view, it is well worth a look at, although you cant climb the hill now.
