Like all visits to large Cinema chains, the service levels and customer interest leave a lot to be desired. However, visiting here is worth it just because the buiding is amazing-probabaly the only listed building you will visit with a cinema. Chandeliers, wood panels and lots of old World charm. For an old fashioned cinema experience in a historic building this is it. Each cinema has very comfortable seating with plenty leg room and each are fairly small but quite intimate. The Odeon was very cold a problem with the heating. The film was good but you could hear the sound from one of the other screens and this distracted from the film we were watching. More

On most of our visits, we have had to queue in the cold to pay, whilst there is oodles of wasted space beyond the pay desk. The worst thing is hearing soundtracks from adjacent screens - Warhouse drowning out The Artist!! More
