“Watch for the actual times”

Although the library is open seven days a week, you can only view the books by guided tour, which occurs on Mondays and Wednesdays. We did see a couple of interesting exhibitions however, including a terrific collection of medieval seals. The views from the front are also worth the drive up. More

I have been there when they had an exposition with welsh costumes. It was really nice and such a pleasure to see so many pictures of welsh people from many years ago. More

Went for a look, took the tour option, guide was interesting and informative. We joined as readers and I researched some Cornish documents being Cornish. We saw art ,literature and more. We went back a second time although only there for the week. Will definitely go back and I will donate an old Cornish book that they don't possess. A... More

We went to the National Library in 2006 to research my family who come from the area around Aberystwyth, although the library holds records for the whole of Wales. First - it's on a steep hill!.
