Have used the Harwich / Hook of Holland route for many years -- but the new super ferries are something else! Efficient boarding, and seldom long lines for cars. Comfortable cabins, allowing great night sleep in both directions. Captain's Suite is a real luxury and worth the extra price. Went to and from Harwich to Hook of Holland with Stena Line. Both crossings were great, wonderful cabins, meals in the Metropolitan restaurant excellent as we're the staff. The ferry was clean. Boarding and disembarking trouble free. Used the Dutch flyer train tickets which proved an excellent way to travel. Recommend this way of travelling to Holand and neighbouring countries. More
