Pretty area - worth the walk - more appealing than the more advertised Conwy Falls! More

A lovely walk down to the river, which is truly a magical place. Well worth the couple of pounds entrance fee which I'm sure most people would be happy to pay, we intended to pay on the way out but got chased by a cross owner... made to feel quite dis-honest! Also the walk is not on a gravel path... More

Lovely walk and very pretty. Walk down to the water a bit slippy in the rain but well worth the effort. More

For the princely sum of £2 (£1 to park the car and 50p per person to visit the glen) you can visit a beautiful natural wonder; the river flows through a deep gorge cut through the rock, past great boulders where you can sit and lose yourself amid the sound of the water and birdsong. After walking 4.5 miles (the day after climbing snowdon) to the fairy glen my partner and myself were caught short at the honesty box! With only a bank card in us we thought we'd just have a peak anyway! Silly us- we were chased down the path by the owner- rather embarrased we explained that we would drive the £1... More

Lovely gorge with reasonable pathways. No freedom to roam because the paths are all hemmed in though. Experience utterly ruined by the miserable, yawping owner, screeching up the path at everyone to check they have payed. (Not quite grasping the concept of the honesty box.) More

This was absolutely stunning when you get to the bottom of the Glen, breathtaking in fact but it was a very slippery climb down and we had our dog..I would have been nervous if I had small children with me. More
