If your interested in war history it's just the thing for you. The old uniform's from Rorke's drift & memrobllia to purchase . Real people listed in the museum. More

Good to see the 'real' heros behind Zulu! There is also a lot of interesting history about other wars. Definately worth a visit. More

This Regimental Museum contains many memeories of the glories of the Regiment but also many unique and touching stories of the soldiers who have proudly worn the Regiment`s insignia. My husband is an avid Zulu fan so we had to visit this museum. It was surprisingly interesting, even to one who has only a mild interest in such things. The visit took about an hour and was informative, colorful and overall enjoyable. More

I specifically went to The Royal Welsh Regimental museum because my father served with them. I was simply browsing and the docent offered up the information that I could apply to the regiment for my father's records. She was very helpful. More

This is a superb museum which, under its new curator is slowly evolving, but maintains its 'atmosphere.' Well worth the walk from Brecon town centre. More

This small museum is interesting anyway with an extensive weapon collection and vast range of objects from the entire history of the South Wales Borderers (24th Regiment) but the Anglo-Zulu War display tells the real story of the regiment at Rorkes Drift (and debunks some of the myths).
