i have lots of family in this cemetery. parts of it are well kept but other parts arent. the babies graves at the bottom are in very bad order and the fact that they are planning to dig them up is disgraceful More

The graveyard is badly laid out without proper walkways making it necessary to tramp over other peoples graves. The burial of suicides so callously leaves a bad memory for the loves ones i do have there in the general cemetary. More

Crime hotspot. Do not go alone - make sure if you Must go in that you go in a large group. Lot of drinkers etc. Frequent police incidents. Even if you have a relative or loved one interred there please please do not expect people will respectfully give you room. Opposite homeless hostel and beside rowdy ASBO pub. BE WARNED More

I visited here to pay respects to the grave of Bobby Sands etc and I found it so peaceful here overlooking the city and thought it was lovely. More

This Cemetery owned by The Roman Catholic Church and run by The Trustees of Milltown also Roman Catholic Church is a shameful example of how Catholic Dead are and were treated since its opening. over the years, every time I go back to belfast to visit family I also visit the cemetery where my father and sister are buried.
