The official visitor centre is on the first floor on one of the main shopping street - access via escaltor. The cente itself is pretty big and sells tickets for all attractions and loads of souvenirs. Even has a tourist desk inside specifically for the rest of Ireland. Recommend buying tour bus tickets here as they will organise the complementary...

This is prabably the least welcoming part of Belfast I have ever visited. The staff are polite enough but nothing special. I guess the staff at the Tara Lodge have spoiled me for anything else but exceptional service!

This is the place to pick up tickets for many of the other attractions, the Titanic Belfast Experience, Cultra, etc. It is also the place to buy 'oirish' souvenirs, but for the best books on Belfast etc you'll need to go to a book store, such as Easons, Waterstones etc.
