About
Open every day from the 17th of March until 4th of November 2018. We are not just a farm but a fantastic family experience with many opportunities for children and parents to learn and play together. Our staff are always on hand to make sure you and your family have a fantastic day out and we all hope to see you soon! We try to make sure that the kids get a real hands on experience with our animals, letting them handle and feed them with our staff. We also have many different play areas for the kids to make sure they have as much fun as possible. We opened our new farm themed Play Village last year, this state of the art play center encourages children to learn and develop through role play. It is super fun and includes a milking parlour, farm shop and and vet's clinic to name a few. This year we have new alpacas and free tractor and barrel rides for everyone! Families typically spend around 3 hours with us and students are very welcome! Our pups are a big hit!

    The Pods @ Streamvale
Stayed at The Pods in March and overall the experience was lovely. Easy check-in. Easy check-out. We had a very comfortable sleep and got full use of the farm the next day when we left the pod. The farm had no flaws. Very exciting and plenty of opportunities for seeing the spring animals. We got to bottle feed lambs, hold chicks and also baby rabbits. The highland cattle were my favourite. The hot tub was great. Definitely a must-have for couples. The only thing that makes me rate it a 4, is because of hygiene in the pod. The table that pulls out had a lot of dust and also bread crusts from a previous customer. That's the only thing I wish had of been better, the cleaning. I will still come back! That was my second time there and loved it.

    BEST FARM EVER! ABSOLUTELY SUPERB
ABSOLUTELY SUPERB EXPERIENCE at Streamvale Open Farm. I came for my sister's hen do this Saturday and we all had the best time. There was so much to do. The Farm was so clean and tidy and activities were so much fun. I loved the fact you were free to roam once you were in, you were giving a running order of events and you didn't have to pay extra for any activities. The animals were super cute. The tractor and barrel rides were so much fun and it was a beautiful sunny day too. The hay slide was a fantastic addition too. The staff also were amazing so helpful friendly and cute. I loved the info about the animals too. Best farm we have all been too. I 1000% recommend this experience to everyone.

    Good day mostly
Another good day with my son (aged 4). We went I. The afternoon and felt treated as individuals and had time to see all the events and animals. However not a five star review due to food and drink prices. £7 for a burger and drink. £2.80 for s tiny coffee. After paying over £20 entrance these prices are asburd.

    Lovely family day out
Our son absolutely loved how hands on you could get with the animals and he he chicks and bunnies were a highlight. Everyone working there was so lovely and the timetable of activities seemed well thought thorough so that there was plenty to do and it never felt too busy. The animals all look well looked after as well. We went on a fairly wet day and found there was plenty to do under cover as well. The only thing we’d love to see improved was the food - it was all fried food and just adding sandwiches as an option or anything non-beige would be a plus. The ice cream from their own cows was delicious though.

    Family Fun
Always love going to streamvale farm, everyone’s so friendly and there is so much to do each time we are there we discover a new adventure (never look at the map lol). The kids always have a ball and we just spend hours having fun. Today was slightly different, one of the kids knocked my hazard lights on when leaving the car without realising when I returned to the car the battery was done. I went to one of the staff for help and not only did the staff go out of there way to help but owners family also arrived to jump start the car. Leaving a brilliant day not ended in a disaster. Thank you again 😄

    Fantastic day out 😍
I booked on line for a ticket and one for my granddaughter. I found this really easy. Car park was pretty full when we arrived but got a space 😁 my granddaughter and I had such a fun filled happy 4 hours. From holding the chicks, puppies, rabbits and getting to pet and feed the goats, horses and donkey 😊 There was also a show with the dogs, sheep and a bubble disco witch every child got sweets for taking part witch was lovely seeing their wee faces light up. Well did have lunch witch was served by a lovely girl with red hair and extremely patient and very kind. The ice-cream is amazing we had a lovely big ice-cream..... But then a bit later there was a ice-cream tasting.... Even a big kid like myself got to try the lovely flavours. There's a gift shop and vendy machine where you can buy a bottle of milk and make it into milkshake. I highly recommend this farm it definitely has so much for children and adults oh I forgot about the tractor ride🚜 and another ride, bouncy castles as well 😁

Very accommodating for allergies in Mrs Claus’ Kitchen
The Christmas Experience was amazing! Absolutely loved Mrs Claus’ kitchen, very attentive and quick service. They were very cautious of allergies, Mrs Claus even brought out the packet of the gingerbread men so we could ensure it was safe for the wee one with a milk allergy. Santa’s sweet shop was also great for allergies too, very well labelled and suggested the best things that didn’t contain any milk once made aware of the allergy. It really put us at ease to enjoy the rest of the experience, as the wee one was able to enjoy it equally as others, most places are not as accommodating for allergies when it comes to special events. Cannot wait for next year!

One of the best attractions in NI!
I visited the Streamvale Christmas event yesterday with my grandson and other family friends and felt that I had to share a review of our experience. Whilst I have been up at the farm at Halloween and at other times of the year, it was my first time to the Christmas event and it managed to surpass even the high expectations I have of Streamvale generally! The whole event was so professional in every aspect and I couldn’t believe how many elements there were to the visit. The girl who was our guide was excellent and whilst my two year old grandson was a little overawed at the beginning by so much going on, he soon got into the swing of it and by the time he reached Santa, he was in his element. Given his young age, I was fully expecting that he might be scared of the big man, but not at all - Santa was great! He was really personable and took his time to engage and chat to my grandson, putting him totally at his ease. We were all absolutely amazed too by the choice of gifts that the children had. Definitely not your usual run of the mill Christmas experience! 👏👏👏

We so loved the Christmas Experience at Streamvale - there was SO much to do, from decorating gingerbread in Mrs Claus’s kitchen to feeding reindeer, to a walk through a Narnia-like “forest” - there was even snow! The gorgeous sweet shop might have been our two-year-old’s favourite element but Santa himself was a delight. And as for the “toy workshop” - what a dream come true. A great morning out with really friendly staff, sorry, elves, everywhere.

We’ve been to many Christmas trails and Santa visits, this by far was the best by a long shot, from the friendly guide who was also the story teller and the very patient elf’s to the best and most interactive Santa ever (he almost had me believing again) happy Christmas!

Magical Christmas experience! So much for the children to do. The staff were fabulous and made such an effort to engage all the children. Great value for money!

We went here last month as a large large. Very much looking forward to it. Kids were so excited. Paid online and the price into the farm is far too expensive. As you enter there's a shop have to go into to give your name and tickets too. Clearly set up so kids want stuff. The toys were cheap toys and very expensive. Went on the barrels and the young man taking it was fantastic problem is had to pay for this. Went down the hill to the other stuff about its really mucky, not safe and really not worth the walk. The park was great the kids loved it. Then got hungry so walked up the cafe it was £7 for a burger so we couldn't afford that. No one was about to handle animals, go on the ponies etc we were left to our own devices. Spoke to other people who said this farm has Went down hill and the costs are too high we be back which I quickly agreed with them. Kids got bored so headed again the only way out was the shop so kids wanted a toy and I spent over £60 on a few toys which are terrible quality. Left and went to McDonald's. We won't return as we can't afford what we spent that day on a day out.

Terrible experience. The weather forecast had issued a yello alert today, Streamvale would not refund or offer to swap the dates! The weather was so bad that the tent for the pumkin carving felt like it was going to blow down! When getting the pumpkin carved the worker sliced his hand open and my children were frightened by the knife and blood. To make matters worse the worker left his knife on the table for my 5 year old to pick up! Meanwhile another collegue standing there didn't notice that my child had the knife in his hand I quickly grabbed the knife from his hand and left the farm. I will never ever ever be back again.

I received an email to say that the farm owner has children and they understand how scary it would have been - this did not happen to the farm owners child so that statement is irrelevant!

I tried to speak to the girl was the first aid worker, but she either did not hear me or simply ignored me.

on thw way out of the tent i struggled to get the pram out as it was stuck in muck, two workers seen me stuggle with the pram amd two kids and did not offer to help!!!

On our visit to the farm on Sunday 24th September 2023 my daughter had a horrific experience in the inflatable tractor assault course in which a young boy pulled my daughters t-shirt up over her head exposing her chest etc… my daughter was in a terrible date after this and at the end of the day she’s only 5 and this sort of thing should not be happening…. Could not find the boy as I’m sure the so called parents took him offside rather quick! It was reported to the staff and we will not be back as this sort of thing can damage children.

Third time here with our grandkids and every time the experience is brilliant, from the ticket booth, right through the farm, the staff are amazing, so friendly, welcoming, helpful and a great asset to the place. The new play park is great too... Not one negative to say about our visit.
